Higgins & Schmidt Welcomes New Associate Financial Advisor:
Cassidy Steck
We are excited to introduce Cassidy Steck as our new Associate Financial Advisor. At Higgins and Schmidt we take seriously the responsibility to provide personal, high quality, and responsive service to our clients. At the core of our fiduciary responsibility to our clients is the commitment to knowing and understanding the most important aspects of our clients lives and goals. It was that commitment and responsibility that led us to seek an individual who would resonate with the spirit of our firm and that spirit is the client above all, comes first.
Originally from Wisconsin, Cassidy is a graduate from the University of Wisconsin – Madison Personal Finance Program. She holds her series 7 and series 66 securities licenses. Prior to her start with the firm, Cassidy worked in operations and financial planning for private wealth management teams at Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley. Throughout her development, Cassidy realized that she found fulfillment in working closely with clients to build and execute a highly personalized financial plan, she was drawn to our firm’s client-first, planning centric approach.

Cassidy will help Higgins & Schmidt bolster our firm’s commitment to the team approach to financial planning. We believe an ensemble practice built to serve our clients benefits the process by providing diverse understandings and considerations to approach objectives and solve challenges. Cassidy will work alongside Steven and Allison to enhance the experience for our clients. She joins an already robust and experienced group of professionals uniquely qualified and dedicated to our process.
Cassidy’s relocation to Colorado in 2019 was fueled by her love of the outdoors. An avid explorer, she spends her free-time catching a show at Red Rocks, hiking, biking, or skiing both on resort and off piste.
