Head Trader

Rich joined Higgins & Schmidt Wealth Strategies in 2024 and currently serves as head trader. Rich assists in the implementation of the Higgins & Schmidt Investment Process. Rich leverages his in-depth knowledge of trading systems and execution strategies to best serve clients and support our advisors.

Rich has been in the financial services industry since 1999 starting out as a trader at TD Ameritrade. Most recently he was the Director of Trading for an RIA where he managed a department of 12 traders.

Rich is located in Omaha, Nebraska. He spends most of his free time juggling schedules and attending practices and games for his three boys.
